Map scale explorer

Explore numerical, verbal, and linear scales with an interactive ruler, compasses, and a magnifying glass. Pan and zoom the map, solve navigation missions, and compare distances and areas. New maps start at your location when permission is granted. The OpenStreetMap basemap requires internet; training exercises work offline.
